About You:

Responsible for ensuring complete documentation collected from the seller, handover of vehicle and supporting operations. The OE is in-charge to carry out operational duties such as driving of vehicle, standard inspection of vehicle, securing vehicle documents, copying, scanning, binding etc.

Your Day to Day:

• Adapt and familiarize with HPG and LTO process and documentations required.
• Active in follow-ups, updating of information on progress in group chat or emails.
• Encoding, preparation of documents prior to the handover and ensuring that all documents are complete and signed by the seller during and after the handover.
• Responsible in handover (driving) of vehicle from seller to our own Yard.
• Must be able to keep and monitor designated transactions by managing company’s database.

You know how

• Must know how to drive and possess valid driving license. Preferably know how to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
