is fully transparent, trusted and convenient for our customers. Your mission will be to
assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable
sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
● Customer Interaction: Provide an exceptional level of service by engaging with
customers to understand their needs, preferences, and concerns, guiding them
through the buying or selling process with empathy and expertise.
● Product Expertise: Utilize CARSOME’s digital tools to present and highlight the
features and benefits of our diverse inventory. Stay informed about market trends
and vehicle specifications to offer informed advice.
● Sales Management: Oversee the entire sales process from initial inquiry to
closing, including facilitating test drives, negotiating terms, and ensuring all
documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
● Lead Development: Actively seek and nurture leads through proactive outreach,
follow-ups, and relationship-building efforts to drive sales and expand our
customer base.
● Customer Advocacy: Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, addressing any
issues or concerns promptly and ensuring a positive and seamless experience
throughout their journey.
● Team Coordination: Collaborate with team members, including operations and
inventory team, to ensure alignment and efficiency in meeting customer needs
and achieving sales goals.
● Feedback and Improvement: Gather and relay customer feedback to the
management team, contributing to continuous improvement in our processes
